fast/scrolling/mac/scrollbars/overlay-scrollbar-hovered.html Test is a flaky timeout and failure on macOS wk2 Debug. According to history the first occurrence was soon after introduction at https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/261056/webkit Test also had two initial crashes after onset but could not retrieve logs to verify cause. Test failures also do not happen with the same consistency as the timeouts.
