Layout test results files are periodically moved from build.webkit.org/results to build.webkit.org/old-results. The TestFailures page only looks in the former location. This means that builds will "disappear" from TestFailures's perspective when they're moved into old-results. We should make TestFailures look in old-results, too. (It would be nice if it only looked in there when needed.)
